Lovely!!  She reminds me of my Dovahkiin, Isly Stormcloak.  Isly is half Nord and half Altmer; a strange combination, but love breaks all barriers :3
She's Ulfric's half-sister.  He tolerates her because he wants her to be on his side (obviously) but he's wary of her because of her heritage and annoyed and confused because why would his father fall in love with an Altmer???
